Day 1: Kata Tjuta (the Olgas) – Uluru (Ayers Rock)
On arrival at Ayers Rock Airport we transfer you to your hotel. This afternoon explore Walpa Gorge at Kata Tjuta, then travel to the sunset viewing area to enjoy nibbles and a complimentary glass of wine while watching the sunset at Uluru.
Accommodation: Ayers Rock Resort – a choice of standard, superior or first class hotel.
Day 2: Uluru (Ayers Rock)
This morning join the Uluru Sunrise, Climb and Base Tour or for the non-climbers, the Uluru Sunrise and Guided Cultural Walk . Both tours include sunrise at Uluru, a visit to Mutitjulu Waterhole and the Uluru – Kata Tjuta Cultural Centre. The first option allows time for climbing, whilst the second option includes a longer guided walk at the base of Uluru. You may have time for an optional scenic helicopter flight (own expense). In the afternoon you will return to Ayers Rock Resort.
