Newlyweds could celebrate in style by attending the Carnival of Flowers down under.
The Toowoomba event – in its 61st year – could be an ideal attraction for those on Australia honeymoons between September 17th and 26th.
Its website noted that it is the longest-running festival of its kind in the country and there will be a celebration of more that just flowers with food, drink, entertainment and all things spring taken into account.
There is an array of activities to do such as interactive workshops, or couples might just like to check out the "awe-inspiring" art.
One of the main features of the spectacle is the Grand Central Floral Parade – the official commencement of the extravaganza – which had a record 135 entries last year.
More than 40,000 come and watch this part of the event which has floral floats and stilt walkers on display, among other sights.
